  • We offer a satisfaction guarantee on our services, if we can’t make it right you get a credit for the month of service.
  • You can always terminate an agreement by giving a 2-billing cycle notice and refunding any discounts applied on prior months. 
  • Hardware are covered by manufacturer’s warranty but have a 7-day satisfaction guarantee
  • 24 Business Hour for Level 1 which are simple add or change requests or non urgent issues that affect a single user
  • 12 Business Hours for Level 2 which are urgent issues affecting the business or multiple users
  • 6 Business Hours for Level 3 which are Security issues, business critical, downtime or affecting all users
